3. Damaged Item Reporting: If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your damaged item by sending an email to houseofstonepublishing@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Item Report."

  • Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This information is crucial for our records and to initiate the resolution process.

4. Exchange or Replacement: Upon review of your Damaged Item Report, we will assess the situation promptly. If the damage is confirmed, we will offer you the option of an exchange or replacement for the damaged item.

5. Refund Process: Please note that our standard policy is to offer exchanges or replacements for damaged items. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of House of Stone Publishing.

6. Return Shipping: If an exchange or replacement is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item. House of Stone Publishing will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
